Forgot Your Password?

It happens to everyone. If you've forgotten your JL9888 password, head to the FAQ page for guidance on the account recovery process. You can also reach out to our support team through the platform and they'll assist you in resetting access securely.

For security reasons, identity verification is required before any account recovery is processed. Keep your registered mobile number and email accessible — these are used to confirm your identity during the reset process.

Keeping Your JL9888 Account Secure

Account security is something we take seriously, and we'd encourage you to do the same. Here are some practical habits that go a long way:

  • Use a password that's unique to JL9888 — avoid reusing passwords from other sites or apps.
  • Enable OTP verification so that every login requires a one-time code sent to your registered number.
  • Avoid logging in on shared or public devices. If you do, always log out when you're done.
  • Never share your username or password with anyone, including people claiming to be JL9888 staff.
  • Check your account activity regularly — if you notice anything unusual, contact support right away.
